| Junior Puppy | 6 months, but under 9 months on the day of the show |
| Senior Puppy | 9 months, but under 12 months on the day of the show |
| 12 – 18 Months | 12 months, but under 18 months on the day of the show |
| Canadian Bred | Dogs born in Canada, Champions of any country excluded |
| Bred by Exhibitor | Any dog owned & handled by the breeder in the ring |
| Open Classes | divided by color (liver and black) |
| Veterans | For all dogs/bitches 7 years and older |
| Specials Only | For Canadian Champions only |
Non Regular Classes:
Stud Dog & Get, Brood Bitch & Progeny, Brace, and Altered. Dogs entered in these categories must be entered in one of the regular classes or Exhibition only on the day of the specialty.
Obedience Classes:
Pre Novice, Novice A, Novice B, Open A, Open B and Utility
Prize List:
Prizes and rosettes will be offered for Best of Breed, Best of Opposite Sex, Best of Winners, Best Puppy, Winners Dog & Bitch, Reserve Winners Dog & Bitch, Best Veteran Dog & Bitch, Best Canadian Bred, Best Stud Dog, Best Brood Bitch, Best Brace, Best Altered Dog & Bitch, High in Class, High in Trial and Best Junior with a Dalmatian. Rosettes and prizes will also be offered for 1st through 4th in each Class and to the Breeder of our BISS winner. Awards of Merit will be offered at this show, one Award of Merit can be given for each 10 dogs competing for Best of Breed. Rosettes and prizes will be given for Juniors in both Obedience and Conformation.

These shows are both inside and outside. The Specialty Show will be outside for conformation - inside for obedience

Comfort Inn South 3109 Pembina Highway 204 269-7390. The DCC has a guaranteed rate of $95 per night (based on double occupancy) plus tax and dog fee of $9.95/day, please be sure to book your room early! Say you are with the DCC Specialty at the time of booking in order to get the discounted rate.
Hospitality and Dinner:
Plan to join us for hospitality on August 5th and 6th on the show grounds.
The dinner and auction will be on Saturday August 7, 2010. This years Banquet Dinner/Auction is being held on the River Rouge which is a beautiful scenic cruise down the Red River. Transportation will be provided to and from the boat launching site. Cost is $49.00 (CDN) per person (dinner and cruise). Deadline: Friday, July 14th NO EXCEPTIONS!
